Went to get an eyelash perm, it was my first time having them done so i wasnt sure what to expect. She didnt remove my makeup before hand (i wasnt wearing mascara, just foundation) so the rod didnt stick properly. With much struggle, this lady (im certain it was the owner) ended up taping my eyelashes and the rod down, i had tape all over my eye area! There were no pads under my eye so one is burnt. When i got up, i saw that one eye had curled so much it was curling in on themselves, my lower lashes must have been caught in the tape because they are curled UP & my right eye only worked in the middle. Inner and outer are still straight!! Very unprofessional. I will never return to this 'salon'. Ever.
