On the 27/04/18 I rang and spoke with Keith's wife regarding a pre learners driving test assessment. I then booked a 2 hour driving assessment for my son with Keith on the 27/4/18 for 10am on 3/5/18. On the day of appointment, Keith had not shown up at the allotted time. I called him on his phone at 10.16am to find out where he was as he was now quite late & we had not received a call. He said that he was going to call me and cancel due to a family crisis. I asked where that left us and he said he would call me back in the afternoon. Three & a half days later and I still not had call back, nor apology from Keith or his organisation. It is very un-professional, rude & arrogant and not the way to treat customers. We have now contacted another company and booked the assessment with them. This whole exercise has put my son progress back a further 2 weeks due to his limited availability at present to do this assessment prior to taking his learners test.
