The Sanding Process for Brisbane Timber Floors

In order to sand your timber floors, we will pull up any carpeting and underlayment. All punch nails will be removed and the holes filled in. Doing this will ensure that the surface is ready for the team to begin sanding and polishing your timber floors. After your floors are properly prepared, will will resurface your floors to remove buildup and dirt and restore the beauty of your timber floors.

After your timber floors are sanded, we will polish your floors. We will offer you several options on the finish that you want. You can choose from oiled or polished. If you want a glossy shine to your floors, you will want them polished. If, however, you prefer a matte finish, you should opt for oiling.

We also offer 2D Duo Polyurethane. This water-based finish offers a matte as well as satin finish. This formula offers the durability of Hybrid SR-110 without any odour. Furthermore, it is non-toxic. Our commercial grade UV Cured Polyurethane is also available. Much like the 2K Duo Polyurethane, the UV Cured Polyurethane is avaialble in both matte and satin finishes. The best part of this finish is its triple durability, which is 40 per cent more durable than conventional finishes. Furthermore, it is instantly usable. Both homeowners and business owners can benefit from our UV Cured Polyurethane allows you to almost instantly use your floors once they have been cured by our UV light system. We are the first company in Brisbane to offer UV Cured Polyurethane.
