UPGRADED ADVERTISING
Some agencies provide standard advertising at no extra charge. We go the next step and provide upgraded advertising (usually a cost of $200-$300) at no extra charge - it's all covered by the letting fee and our agency wears the cost. We find upgraded advertising is very beneficial and leads to far more inquiries. It means your ad appears in a prime position in the search results with larger images.
AFTER-HOURS INSPECTION TIMES (8AM - 8PM)
It's vital to advertise multiple open times to attract maximum interest but most tenants aren't available until the Saturday inspection - unless of course the property manager is willing to show the property up until 8PM on weekdays! Our landlords have an edge in this competitive market and we can often have an application approved before prospective tenants view the competition on the weekends. We also attempt to arrange private inspections with each and every prospective tenant to ensure they view the property as soon as possible.
