Waverley Public School is a friendly, welcoming school with a strong community focus. We provide a comprehensive education to all students, whilst catering for individual learning needs and abilities.
We offer an outstanding creative arts program, and many opportunities for students to be involved in a variety of sporting activities, public speaking and performance events.
Our school is set in spacious grounds, offering extensive grassed areas, multipurpose netball/basketball courts and a large carpark/drop-off area.
Primary schools in NSW follow a curriculum based on stages of learning. Each stage is approximately equivalent to two school years. For each learning stage, there are skills, knowledge and a level of understanding that each student should develop.
